You will need –

Mugs

celophane

ribbon

small freezer bags and ties

large bowl

1/2 cup measure

wooden spoon

Gift card with instructions (see attached)

INGREDIENTS

(makes 8)

1 packet homebrand choc cake mix

1 packet chocolate Instant pudding

1/2 bag chocolate chips

• Measure 1/2 cup of dry ingredients into freezer bag and seal with a tie.
• Place bag into the mug (optional – add a heart chocolate on top of the cake mix bag)
• wrap celophane around the mug and tie a ribbon on

Chocolate Angel Cake

1. Spray oil inside of coffee mug
2. Empty dry contents into cup
3. Add 1 Egg white,
4. Add 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil &
5. 1 Tablespoon Water
6. Mix for 15 seconds,
7. Making sure all dry ingr. are wet
8. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes
9. Enjoy with a scoop of icecream or cream.

Blacktown Gems did this for a Mothers Day craft.  It can also be adapted to Fathers day or even a Christmas varying the ingredients.

Variations can be vanilla cake mix with vanilla instant pudding or be creative and adapt a christmas cake recipe out of this base recipe
